Hey guys! This is a quick post to share with you this nail art design I did. My birthday is this month & I always love doing really glitzy, blinged out designs for my birthday! Now this mani is not my official birthday mani, but why not celebrate the whole month with some glitter & sparkle! And it just so happened that there's a nail art contest this month in a nail group that I'm in and the theme is "Bling in the New Year"! Perfect timing because I'm planning to be blinged out all month, lol. I tried a new stamping technique for this design and included a video tutorial so you can see how I achieved this look! I did not invent the technique and I'm not sure who came up with it but I believe I personally first saw this technique done in a youtube tutorial from "NailStamp4Fun". It's a really cool & easy technique! It's a similar concept to making nail decals, except I find this method to be much quicker. I hope you like the design...

Hey guys! I hope all is well! Today I am sharing with you this design I did combining nail art stamping with hand painted flowers. This is the first time I attempted to do one stroke acrylic paint flowers. I am new to doing nail art with acrylic paints & am hoping with practice I will get better, but I think they came out ok for it being my first time doing the one stroke technique. I used Del Sol color changing nail polish for the base, alternating between the colors Electrick & Superhero. Both are a metallic-like blue inside, but in the sunlight Electrick turns to a greenish hue while Superhero turns to a purple hue. The first pic is inside & the second is outside in sunlight although they didn't photograph well outside but you get the idea, lol. Hey everyone! I hope all is well! Today I wanted to share with you this simple cancer awareness nail stamping design I did. There are so many illnesses & cancers out there so I really like this stamping pattern from bundle monster that features awareness ribbons. It makes it so much easier to create awareness nail art designs for different causes & I really like to do designs like these. For this design, I used a couple of the new Sally Hansen Fall Collection Insta-Dri polishes to stamp with. I will be publishing a full review for this collection, including swatches & stamp swatches, sometime within the next week. I did pink ribbons since it's breast cancer awareness month & then decided to switch it up with some jade ribbons for liver cancer awareness. Hey guys! I didn't get to do a 4th of July mani this year so I just wanted to share this fun summer design I did using Bundle Monster plate BM-320 over a sponge ombre gradient. A few years back I got to swim with a dolphin in the British Virgin Island of Tortola. It was such a fun experience, I got to ride him, kiss him & feed him too! Dolphins are always so exciting to me cause I don't get to see stuff like that in NY. When I visit Florida sometimes I can see them jumping out of the water when the sun is setting and last year I even saw a bunch at the Jersey Shore! So I just had to do a dolphin design inspired by my warm dolphin memories, hopefully I will get to see some more this summer! Hey everyone! I hope all is well! This is a design I did using Bundle Monster stamping plate BM-306 and some nail art paint!  I first painted my nails with purple polish, then painted on gold polish in a side swipe motion, starting at the base of my nails (I hope that makes sense, lol) I stamped a rose pattern over the purple and finished off with a couple swipes of black nail art paint to divide the gold and purple polishes. I think the touches of gold & black make this a nice elegant look & with the combination of the roses I think this mani is a nice look for Mother's Day! I hope you agree! Hey guys! So a couple weeks ago I received my prize from the 2012 Bundle Monster Nail Art Contest which was their new 2012 nail stamping plate set, yey! These plates feature brand new designs with a nice mix between full nail, individual & nail tip designs! There are 25 plates in the collection with about 6 designs per plate. At the current time of me writing this, they are being sold on Amazon for $21.99. I am pleased with the quality of the plates which are the same as their 2011 plate set, except this collection came in a little Bundle Monster package. The images are etched properly and so far I have had no troubles with any of the plates I have used. They have a lot of beautiful designs aswell! I was really happy to see that there's an "awareness" ribbon pattern in the set, because I really like doing designs that create awareness for different causes such as Breast Cancer Awareness, Ovarian Cancer Awareness, etc., so that was a nice surprise! Hey guys! This is just a quick post to show you this design I did using Bundle Monster plate 203. First I painted on my base colors (applying color to the entire nail), alternating between pink & gray. Then on my gray nails, I side swiped my pink polish unto just the corner tips (applying at a diagonal angle) & for the pink nails I side swiped on my gray polish. Then I stamped on my design to the tips of my nails, going over the area where I applied the alternate polish colors. Then I took my silver glitter nail art paint & painted on a stripe to divide the pattern from the base nail color. That's an optional step but I think it helps to clean up the look & also adds a nice sparkle to it. I really love this color combo! Hey guys! It's been a while since my last post, hope you all didn't forget about me! I'm a little behind with my posts but hope to catch up & update my blog more frequently. This just a quick post to show you a simple design I did using Bundle Monster plate BM210. I had been on the hunt for quite some time to find a nice gold polish but was not impressed with the ones I tried, that is until I found Orly Luxe & absolutely love!!! It's a beautiful gold with a nice shimmery glittery like finish (and not the big glitters that are a pain in the butt to remove, lol). The picture doesn't really do it justice. Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the sad terrible tragedy that struck 9/11. This tragedy especially hits close to home because I am from NY. I wanted to do a special patriotic design for this day to show American pride and that "United We Stand". I named them Freedom nails after the Freedom Tower that is being built at Ground Zero.
