Hey everyone! Today I wanted to share with you this design I did. It's actually for a nail art contest  I entered & the theme is Spring using pastel colors (white, silver & gold polishes are also allowed). I am excited because it's been a long time since I entered a nail art contest! I gave up on them for awhile because most of them choose their winners based on who has the most votes which basically turns into a popularity contest more than focusing on the actual nail design. I can't keep up with those, lol, but I like this contest because the host will be choosing the winner so don't have to worry about any shenanigans, lol! I also love the theme of this contest, because I love Spring designs & pretty pastels! This is the design I came up with because when I think of Spring I think of pretty flowers!!! Hey everyone! A couple weeks ago I showed you a design I entered in Rite Aid Nails Extravaganza Nail Art Contest. Well I have exciting news to share with you today, I made it into the Finals!!! Yey! There were over 900 entries & now it's down to just 20 Finalists for the grand prize! I still can't believe it! Last week they sent me a nail kit to create a brand new design from to compete against the 19 other finalists! This is the design I came up with! I hope you like! I hand painted this using nail polishes from the kit they sent me. First I created some ombre french tips & then hand painted some flowers along with a tribal pattern. This is the first time I hand painted flowers so I hope you like.There wasn't much time given to do the design either so I did what I could do with what I had & in the time given, now I'm praying it's a winner! I had entered it in OC Nail Art's Valentine's Themed Mani/Pedi Contest & I just found out last night that I won! I'm so happy cause I never won anything before, plus all the entries were wonderful so I really didn't expect to win! I won a $100 gift certificate to OC Nail Art's website which is my favorite place to get my Konad stuff from so I'm very excited to get some new Konad goodies! Hey guys! This is a mani I did for a contest I entered a couple weeks ago. The challenge was to create a nail design using a strange or unusual stamping plate image. I thought that was a really good & unique contest idea and it was also a great excuse for me to use a plate image I normally wouldn't use. I chose to do a design featuring the octopus image off of chez-delaney's H19 plate. If it wasn't for this contest I don't think I would have ever used it, but I actually think it came out kind of cute! Lol, hope you like! Hi guys! This is a quick post to show you a design I did for a Valentine's Day themed contest I recently entered. I put a lot into this design, using several plates from Konad & Bundle Monster along with adding some rhinestones, black dots & silver striper polish. Hey guys! Just wanted to share with you my first Konad Pedicure! Normally I leave the nail art to my fingernails & paint my toes one solid color but a recent fall themed konad pedicure contest prompted me to do this design on my toes. I thought it was gonna be pretty easy to Konad my toes, but I actually found it harder than when I do my nails! Lol, idk, maybe I just gotta get used to it! I plan to start doing some more pedicure designs & I'll be sure to share them as I go along!
