Easy Polka Dot French Tips & Flowers Nail Art Design & Video Tutorial

Today, I am sharing a video tutorial on how I achieved this nail art design aswell as some more pics. I used color change nail polish to do this design so the polka dots changed colors in the sunlight, though I don't think my camera did the outdoor pictures justice, lol. I hope you like!
