Easy Layered Stamping for Beginners Spring Nail Art Design

Image
Hey guys! Today my post is a little different than usual because the nails below are not mine, they are my friend's nails! She recently asked me if I could teach her to do nails so she came over the other day & I introduced her to nail stamping! I think nail stamping is a great, fun & easy technique for those who are just getting into nail art. She absolutely loved it! It took only a few tries for her to get the hang of it & she was a pro! After a little practice we went for a full mani & this is the design we came up with! She did most of it herself & did a fabulous job!!! She loved them & even text me the next day saying how she can't stop looking at her nails! I'm sure all you fellow nail artists can relate to that, I know I can! I'm so proud, lol.    For those starting out with nail stamping just remember that practice makes perfect! I have seen people struggle sometimes when they are first learning, but don't give up! Keep practicin...

Electric Lightning Nails with Hand Painted One Stroke Flowers and Video Tutorial

Image
Hey guys! I hope all is well! Today I am sharing with you this design I did combining nail art stamping with hand painted flowers. This is the first time I attempted to do one stroke acrylic paint flowers. I am new to doing nail art with acrylic paints & am hoping with practice I will get better, but I think they came out ok for it being my first time doing the one stroke technique. I used Del Sol color changing nail polish for the base, alternating between the colors Electrick & Superhero. Both are a metallic-like blue inside, but in the sunlight Electrick turns to a greenish hue while Superhero turns to a purple hue. The first pic is inside & the second is outside in sunlight although they didn't photograph well outside but you get the idea, lol. I did a video tutorial for this look so please check it out & subscribe to my youtube channel if you haven't already! Thanks & God bless! : ) BM-305 - Del Sol Superhero & Electrick, Mash Black Special...

Pretty Leadlight Spring Flowers with Color Changing Polish Nail Art Design and Video Tutorial

Hey guys! In my last post I shared with you my quick tutorial for leadlight stamping and how to make your own leadlight nail polish! Today I wanted to share with you pictures of the complete nail art design I did using that technique aswell as a full tutorial on how to achieve this nail art look! I am really happy with the way these came out, especially because I had a huge creative block the day I did these. I really wanted this to be a fun design so I used Del Sol color changing nail polish for my index & pinky nails; indoors they are pink and in the sunlight they turn purple! A fun look for Spring & Summer! Leadlight Stamping Technique Tutorial and How to Make Your Own Lead Light Jelly Nail Polish DIY Video Tutorial! Quick & Easy!

Image
Hey everyone! There's a new technique sweeping the nail stamping world, leadlight stamping! It's probably easier for me to show (check the tutorial below) then to put into words, lol, but let me try anyway: It's basically a technique that uses tinted or jelly nail polish to color in the stamped pattern/image on your nail. For example in the design I did below, I painted a white base, then stamped the flower pattern with black stamping polish & then colored in the flowers with jelly polish. Much quicker than creating decals, which I never tried cause I just don't have the patience, lol...I first heard about it in the facebook group Adventures in Stamping! Messy Mansion as a tutorial for it & their own line of leadlight polishes! You can also do this technique with pretty much any jelly polish or you can create your own! I decided to do a tutorial for this technique because as you know I love doing nail art tutorials and because there aren't many tutorials fo...
