Hey everyone! I hope all is well! Today I wanted to share with you a great way to fix a cracked/split nail. All you need is a tea bag & some nail glue! If you don't have nail glue you can use a clear base coat, though I think you get better, longer lasting results with nail glue. I like my nails on the longer side, but experience occasional splits on the side of my nail, usually right where the distal edge begins. I really hate when that happens because the split is so deep down that I either can't cut the nail at that point cause its too low & if I can cut it I don't want to cause then I'm left with a stub, which is not very pretty! So I like to try to save the nail, at least until it grows out to a decent length. I have tried different methods to fix a split nail & this is my personal favorite. I use this method before applying my nail polish or nail art design & the nail usually stays intact until I rem...

Hey everyone! I have a review for you today of most of the new Sally Hansen 2013 Insta-Dri Fall Collection! I reviewed 2 for you guys a couple weeks ago & I have gotten some more to show you today. I also included the two I previously reviewed in this review aswell so that they will all be together, just makes it easier for those interested in learning about this collection. I was so excited to hear about this Fall Collection because the Insta-Dri line has a great formula, they're quick drying and the majority of them work wonderful with nail stamping so I just had to test out these new ones! As I stated in my previous review for Chop Chop Copper & Quick Jean-ius, the new line uses the same flat style brush as the regular Insta-Dris which makes for an easy, smooth application, but you may need to wipe the brush before application as it does tend to pick up a lot of polish. Hey everyone! I hope all is well! Today I wanted to share with you this simple cancer awareness nail stamping design I did. There are so many illnesses & cancers out there so I really like this stamping pattern from bundle monster that features awareness ribbons. It makes it so much easier to create awareness nail art designs for different causes & I really like to do designs like these. For this design, I used a couple of the new Sally Hansen Fall Collection Insta-Dri polishes to stamp with. I will be publishing a full review for this collection, including swatches & stamp swatches, sometime within the next week. I did pink ribbons since it's breast cancer awareness month & then decided to switch it up with some jade ribbons for liver cancer awareness. Hey everyone! So I had put myself on a "no buy" for nail polishes, but recently I saw some cool nail polishes from Five Below that I just had to check out! I was trying to resist but I had gotten some good news recently so I was encouraged to celebrate so I headed on over to Five Below & picked me up some new polishes! I know I was supposed to be on a "no buy" BUT since I'm celebrating this doesn't really count, right? Lol ...Anyways, I was really looking for Ruby Wings Color Changing Polish but my Five Below didn't have any!!! But I still managed to get my nail polish fix, lol. I know Fall is here (waah, I don't want Summer to go) but bright colors were still calling my name as you can see! I picked up a few bright Fresh Paint polishes (3 for $5!) and 2 Funky Fingers Polishes (one of which is solar changing polish). Hey everyone! Since textured polish seems to be all the rage lately, I decided to review some Sally Hansen Sugar Coats for you today! These polishes apply like regular polish but leave you with a textured sandy like finish. According to Sally Hansen, these polishes are " Candy for your nails!" They are a special effect nail polish that leave you with a sugary 3D effect.  I actually liked them more than I thought I would. I was afraid they would just look like I applied old clumpy thick nail polish, lol, but they're not like that at all. I have two to show you today, one matte and one shimmer, so that you can see the difference in finishes. First up is Sally Hansen Sugar Coat Sour Apple: This is a minty green cream shade with a textured matte finish. It took 2 coats to make opaque. I was so excited to hear this as I love the Insta-Dri line because they have a great formula, they're quick drying and the majority of them work wonderful with nail stamping!
