Hey everyone! A couple weeks ago I showed you a design I entered in Rite Aid Nails Extravaganza Nail Art Contest. Well I have exciting news to share with you today, I made it into the Finals!!! Yey! There were over 900 entries & now it's down to just 20 Finalists for the grand prize! I still can't believe it! Last week they sent me a nail kit to create a brand new design from to compete against the 19 other finalists! This is the design I came up with! I hope you like! I hand painted this using nail polishes from the kit they sent me. First I created some ombre french tips & then hand painted some flowers along with a tribal pattern. This is the first time I hand painted flowers so I hope you like. There wasn't much time given to do the design either so I did what I could do with what I had & in the time given, now I'm praying it's a winner! Lol. For the contest I also had to name the design so I decided to go with "Tropic Essence" because I got a tropical feel from the color combo & flowers. The winners will be selected from a point system based off of both public voting & judge's scoring. The judges are Annette Falso (Revlon), Makeup & Nail Guru Julie G. & Katie Cazorla (Kiss Nails)! I hope you like! I also did a video tutorial for this look so please check it out & subscribe to my youtube channel if you haven't already! www.youtube.com/deriniti : )

Hey everyone! I have a review for you today of most of the new Sally Hansen 2013 Insta-Dri Fall Collection! I reviewed 2 for you guys a couple weeks ago & I have gotten some more to show you today. I also included the two I previously reviewed in this review aswell so that they will all be together, just makes it easier for those interested in learning about this collection. I was so excited to hear about this Fall Collection because the Insta-Dri line has a great formula, they're quick drying and the majority of them work wonderful with nail stamping so I just had to test out these new ones! As I stated in my previous review for Chop Chop Copper & Quick Jean-ius, the new line uses the same flat style brush as the regular Insta-Dris which makes for an easy, smooth application, but you may need to wipe the brush before application as it does tend to pick up a lot of polish. Also, just like the main collection, these polishes are the Big 5 Free (DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, F...
Hey everyone! This is just a quick post to show you this french tip design I did using nail art paint & a dotting tool! I call them diva tips! I love french tip designs, unfortunately I don't get to do them too often because I prefer to do nail tip designs when my nails are at a longer length, but that's not always easy to achieve because I always end up breaking a nail or two before I get to my desired length, so frustrating, lol. Anyways, I hope you like! I did a video tutorial along with this (one of my first video tutorials so please be nice, lol). And please subscribe to my youtube channel!
