Hey guys! So I'm a little behind with my posts right now cause I started trying to do some video tutorials but they can be a bit time consuming to edit so I'm still working on a few. I just pulled this design from my archives to share with you. It's a simple design I did using Konad plate M64 back when I was sort of new to stamping. I actually saw a design like this on the internet and wanted to try cause I thought it was cute, but I used pink polish instead of purple. I never shared before cause I think it came out a little sloppy & I'm a major perfectionist, lol. The pattern didn't transfer nicely on to my nail, I don't know why but sometimes that happens with the full nail designs. I tried to fix some of the parts with white nail art paint, but that didn't work out too well, lol. Hi everyone! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so it's time to pink it up!!! I know, I know, October is almost over, I meant to post this sooner but I've been a little busy, but it's better late than never! Besides this is an important cause that should be remembered all year round because unfortunately it affects so many women. Ladies, remember to be aware, educate yourselves, learn the symptoms, know your body, do self breast exams every month & see a doctor asap if you notice anything abnormal! Since there's no real way to prevent breast cancer it's important to stay on top of things because early detection can help! My thoughts & prayers go out to all those affected by Breast Cancer. Hey guys, sorry for the lack of posts but still haven't got a new camera yet so I pulled this design from my nail archives! I've already posted some other kotd's featuring this pattern cause I really like it alot, plus at the time I did this I didn't own that many plates, lol.     Hey guys! Welcome to my new & improved page! I finally stopped procastinating and gave My Pretty Nailz a makeover!!! Do you likey? Hope so!!!     Now on to the nails! For this next design I wanted to create somewhat of an airbrushed look, with one color gradually fading into another. To do this I used eyeshadow sponge applicators to make a nice gradient effect. First I applied some white polish to a clean applicator and simply patted the color on to my entire nail. I did this to each nail. Then I took my blue polish (the colors I used are listed below) and applied some to the applicator and patted it in a diagonal line across my nail starting from the lower corner going across to the opposite upper corner. (It doesn't have to be perfect) Then I took my pink polish & patted it on just as I did the blue except I had the pink going in the opposite direction as the blue so the colors...

Hey guys! This is a mani I did for a contest I entered a couple weeks ago. The challenge was to create a nail design using a strange or unusual stamping plate image. I thought that was a really good & unique contest idea and it was also a great excuse for me to use a plate image I normally wouldn't use. I chose to do a design featuring the octopus image off of chez-delaney's H19 plate. Hey everyone! Here's a quick kotd! This is actually the first kotd I did without using Konad special polish. I used Sinful Colors Secret Admirer which is a glittery dark gray polish, it worked pretty well. I think this konadicure looks better in person than in the pics but since the base coats I used were both very metallic they didn't photograph that well cause of all that shine. I tried taking a pic without the flash but it didn't come out too well, but you get the idea! Hey! It's been a couple days since I posted a new design, was busy making a new header for my blog, lol. Hope you likey, I'm finally gettin the hang of photoshop! haha... I also want to say welcome to my new followers!!! Ok, now on to the nails...this next design I got to play with my new rhinestone wheel, yey! Fyi, you can get rhinestone wheels for a really cheap price on ebay! I'm talkin around like $2! And there's lots of different wheels to choose from so whatever shape, color or size rhinestone you're looking for, you'll probably be able to find it there! I bought 3 wheels so far, I will post a pic of them in the next couple days so you can see what they look like.
